This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made at Daebty, operated by LIRISHENG INC, a company registered in Colorado, United States.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 calendar days after you receive your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Clearance, personalized, hygiene-sensitive goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate Return
Send an email to BrandonHudson388099@outlook.com with your order number, item information and return reason. We will reply within 3 business days with return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods arrive damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect returned items, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing delays may apply.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless we shipped wrong or defective products.
Damaged / Wrong Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive incorrect merchandise, please contact us with photos within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
